Girls varsity track competed tonight at Monroe. It was truly a team effort to place 4th out of the 12 teams who had scored. Top places for the team was Sydney Coleman who scored first in discus, and 4th in shot put. Callie Howard scoring 2nd in the 1600 with a new PR time of 6:17. The 4x400 team consisting of Mari Coleman, Jada Eskridge, Macy Roehler, and Niya Anderson placed 1st also with a huge PR. It was an overall good night for the Skyhawks, as they look forward to the next meet being their own at Home, next Friday.
