Skyhawks Varsity Baseball finishes the preseason a perfect 3-0, defeating Greenon 10-3 in their final preseason game.
The Skyhawks gave up 1 unearned run in the bottom of the first and then broke out the bats in the top of the second, scoring 5 runs and never looked back. Fairborn scored 10 runs on 10 hits, drew 6 walks. Jase Duncan (pictured) led the way going 3-4 with 4 RBI. Brayden Harris and Xavier McDougle each added 2 hits while Cayden Osborne, Hayden Arndts and Andrew Schmidt each added one hit.

Reuben Marquess started on the mound for Fairborn, going 4 innings allowing one un earned run on 2 hits with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts. Cayden Osborne threw 1 2/3 innings allowing 2 runs (1 earned) while striking out 3. Ayden Davis secured the win throwing 1 1/3 innings allowing 1 hit with 1 strikeout.

Fairborn starts the regular season Saturday vs Kent at home.
